Artwork Specifications

To ensure accuracy and to avoid delay please read all of the following guidelines:

Submitting your files

  • Kindly click here to send artwork files
  • Please notify us once your upload is completed
  • After receipt of your file it will be reviewed for printing requirements, if file does not meet any requirements we will contact you

Colors

  • Supply all color artwork in CMYK mode as converting from other modes may result in distortion
  • When colors are critical provide all Pantone values
  • Provide a layered version of the file for color matching

Fonts

  • Convert all fonts to outline to avoid conflicts
  • If fonts are not converted to outlines, kindly provide fonts

Bleeds

  • When designing your artwork remember to incorporate a bleed of 0.5 inches on each side
  • No crop marks
  • Extend all background colors to the edge of the template
  • Keep all important graphic elements (images, text, etc.) within the viewable area

Acceptable Format

  • Adobe Illustrator: Ai, eps, pdf
  • Adobe Photoshop: psd, tiff
  • If you cannot provide the above formats call to check if other formats are available
  • Do not embed images
  • The artwork can be reduced at 10%, 25% or 50% of final size (please adjust resolution of pictures accordingly and indicate scale)
  • All guides should be removed

Resolutions

  • File must be at least 100dpi at final full output size for large format items, or up to 300 dpi for smaller items
  • All images used must be at least 100dpi at final full output size
  • Do not use web site images as they are generally low resolution (72dpi) and are not acceptable
  • Logos and other line or text-based objects should be in vector format
